Your role:

As the global Talent Development Manager, your role will be focused on implementing people-focused programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and growth throughout the whole employee experience.

With our employees being our biggest asset, this role is integral to our commitment to employee growth and organizational success.

As a knowledgeable expert in strategic Talent Management with experience delivering the talent management strategy across a multi-country remit, you will have the ability to influence business leaders and work effectively in a fast-evolving business. You will form part of the People Management Team within Zanders and lead the Employee Experience Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development (50%):

  • Partner with all departments to ensure that our employees have the learning & development resources they need to be successful in their jobs.
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate effective training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with business goals.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of learning and development activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Strategic Initiatives (50%):

  • Develop and implement people-focused programs, and other initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Coordinate and participate in the further development of our DEI policy and working groups.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to leadership.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive employee well-being and engagement program, including mental health resources, fitness programs, and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Lead the performance management process, including coaching and developing managers to effectively manage their teams.

Skills to be successful: (bullet points)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, learning & development or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, talent development, employee engagement, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, well-being, and performance management.
  • Solid experience in coaching and management of learning & development programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing a team and change management.
  • Fluent in HR analytics and comfortable using data to drive improved talent outcomes.
  • Track record driving complex projects and leveraging internal relationships to deliver effective solutions within a highly people focused business.
