Your role:

Your passion is people and you will be working in a highly people-driven business. As (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle for a number diverse vacancies across different countries and disciplines in which you will play a key role in growing Zanders into the future. You will form part of an existing team who all have, in addition to recruiting responsibilities, an involvement in other talent acquisition areas such as Employee Value Proposition, ATS efficiencies, DEI and other projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting of high-quality candidates, including: sourcing, resume screening, candidate interviewing up to offer and onboarding.
  • Identifying and communicating with passive/potential candidates using current tools and methods in order to maintain an active pipeline
  • Providing recruitment status reports and analysing recruitment metrics, updating ATS and develop action plans based on results
  • Efficient stakeholder management with Hiring Manager and candidates to ensure an excellent candidate experience, interview and selection process.
  • Continuous projects related to efficiency, growth and improving the Zanders employer brand visibility.

This position can be based in either Utrecht (The Netherlands), Frankfurt (Germany) or London (United Kingdom).

Skills to be successful:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate recruitment or agency role
  • Prior experience in recruiting within the Treasury-, Risk-, Finance- or Consulting industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and business writing skills in English. Additional languages, preferably Dutch or German are advantageous.
  • Strong experience in business partnering and stakeholder management on different levels.
  • Analytical, with a data-driven approach to identifying recruitment strategies
  • Experience in direct sourcing, ATS and online recruitment tools.
  • Preferably you have a recruiting background  in sourcing and hiring candidates in different geographies.
  • A degree or equivalent experience
  • The right to work and currently residing in The Netherlands, Germany or United Kingdom
