Your role:

Do you want to be part of the next chapter of the company’s strategy and growth initiatives? We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Global Content & Communication Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing a comprehensive content strategy across various platforms. You will be managing and curating content for press releases, blog posts, email newsletters, case studies, testimonials, translations, web content, and social media channels.

This role requires a seasoned professional with excellent project management skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining full transparency throughout the content creation process across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy aligned with company goals, ensuring consistency across all channels,
  • Craft compelling public relations strategies to announce company updates, achievements, and other relevant information, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather information for press releases and interviews,
  • Create engaging blogs that resonate with the target audience, leveraging research on industry trends and competitor activities,
  • Manage and update website content to ensure relevance and optimize visibility on search engines, 
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, with clear timelines and deliverables to create engaging posts across the year,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate with internal and external contributors, such as writers, designers, and translators.
  • Foster open communication channels with internal teams to gather information and insights.

Skills to be successful :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equally relevant work experience,
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the B2B technology, professional services, or software industries,
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing and communication programs, including internal communications,
  • Strong analytical skills and leveraging the date to drive informed decision-making,
  • Experience managing a team of marketing professionals, or vendors,
  • CRM knowledge, preferably Hubspot,
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
