Director - Debt Advisory

As our Director Debt Advisory within our Treasury Advisory Group your time will be dedicated to executing advisory projects for clients, but also focused on expanding our business and network. You will be serving clients through a variety of engagements requiring both a hands-on approach and strategic insight to tackle complex challenges effectively.

Stakeholder management will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to provide strategic guidance and foster strong relationships on all levels. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in expanding the scope of our services in the years ahead, directly contributing to the growth ambitions of Zanders.

Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our department and achieving our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the development and further expansion of Zanders as a Debt Advisor in the Corporate space.
• Develop and expand our (debt advisory) client base in the corporate sector.
• Lead and mentor a team of specialised consultants focused on development of soft- and hard skills.
• Manage projects for our (corporate) debt advisory clients. 

Skills to be successful:

• A deep understanding of the (Dutch) corporate Debt Advisory market, a network in the corporate market and extensive experience in Debt Advisory.
• You have a track record and experience (7+ years) in the field of Debt Advisory with knowledge of best market practices, documentation (LMA) and modelling.
• A large network in the corporate client space in Netherlands (network outside of the Netherlands is preferred).
• Strong interest in building and maintaining client relationships with proven stakeholder management experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and coaching skills.
• Fluent in English is essential and fluency in Dutch is preferred.
