The Senior Treasury Support Consultant role is crucial at Zanders. You will be responsible for providing expert functional support for highly complex issues, focusing on treasury - cash & liquidity management, risk management, payments, bank connectivity and reporting. You will be working closely with our global blue-chip clients to ensure that issues are resolved in a clear, concise, timely manner. You will add value to the organisation through your knowledge of treasury processes and systems and integration with other modules and third parties. You will escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate remedy.

Skills to be successful

5-8 or more years of work experience in working as a treasury support consultant or as a treasury analyst
Extremely client focused
Enjoy resolving challenging problems and creating practical solutions
Effective communication both verbal and written
Able to react quickly and work to tight deadlines
Strong listening and problem solving skills
Familiarity with treasury management systems including SAP-Treasury, Kyriba, FIS, ION
Familiar with day-2-day treasury operations and processes
Knowledge of bank connectivity and messaging, FTP/FTPs, EBICS, MQ Series
Experience in a support type role is a plus
Ambition to continue upskilling on various treasury management and reporting solutions
A bachelor's degree or previous experience as a consultant in treasury operations is a plus
Working mainly remote, but with some possibility of occasional travel
