Senior Manager Treasury Technology

In 2021 Zanders opened its office in Stockholm to service our clients in the Nordics. We are now looking to hire a Senior Manager who has the ambition not only to further grow in corporate treasury and technology solutions but also contribute to the development and recognition of Zanders in the Nordics region.

Your Role

• Advising clients surrounding their treasury technology solutions. This could include optimization of current treasury (technology) processes, defining long term treasury technology roadmap and the selection and implementation of treasury technology solutions
• Identify new business/project opportunities both locally and internationally. Playing a part in business development and commercial activities
• Managing treasury technology projects. Taking a leading role in project management, and coaching of junior team members
• Pro-actively researching market/product developments. Actively seeking-out trends and developments in treasury technology
• Participating and hosting internal and external knowledge delegation sessions, such as internal trainings and guest lectures

Skills to be successful

You are a thought leader in Treasury Technology and have proven your ability to lead in a consulting business. You are proactive, agile and a great coach. You’re a team player, adjusting naturally to changing situations and looking for opportunities to collaborate.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting
• Existing network of contacts in the Nordics (and Europe)
• Knowledge in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payment Factories, Bank Connectivity
• Hands on implementation experience of treasury management systems, for example SAP, FIS IT2, FIS Quantum, ION or Bellin and other related tools such as payment solutions
• Relevant professional qualifications including a Bachelors or Masters degree
• Willingness to travel
• Self-reliant, flexible, critical, proactive, innovative and a team player
• In terms of location - we encourage a hybrid approach - part working at home, the office and at client offices
