As the Employee Experience Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing people-focused programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and growth throughout the whole employee experience. You will work closely with our leadership team to align our people strategies with our business objectives, and you will partner with various departments to ensure that our employees are supported in their daily work.

As a knowledgeable expert in strategic Talent Management with deep experience delivering the talent management strategy across a multi-country remit, you will have the ability to influence business leaders and work effectively in a fast-evolving business.

In collaboration with our senior leadership, the role would involve developing and implementing the organisation’s talent strategy in alignment with the business objectives. You will be responsible for managing the talent function to deliver best in class processes that enhance the organisation’s performance, build capability, and aid the organisation in identifying top talent internally for future growth plans.

 

Your role

  • Develop and implement people-focused programs and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and leaders to support a positive work environment and keep the Zanders culture alive.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to leadership – such as training programmes and mid-/year-end reviews.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization. Create and manage an onboarding plan to engage employees from day 1 and support our growth globally.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive employee well-being program, including mental health resources, fitness programs, and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Partner with all departments to ensure that our employees have the learning & development resources they need to be successful in their jobs.
  • Create and manage employee engagement programs that help our team members feel valued and connected to the company.
  • Lead the performance management process, including coaching and developing managers to effectively manage their teams.
  • Supervise and manage global office facilities to ensure optimal employees collaboration.

 

Skills to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, learning & development or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, talent development, employee engagement, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, well-being, and performance management.
  • Solid experience in coaching and management of learning & development programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing a team and change management.
  • Fluent in HR analytics and comfortable using data to drive improved talent outcomes.
  • Track record driving complex projects and leveraging internal relationships to deliver effective solutions within a highly people focused business.
