To further professionalize our Interim Management division we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter – Interim Services to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a pool of interim candidates, fostering strong relationships with clients, and facilitating successful candidate placements.

This is a permanent position for full- or part-time, not a freelance assignment.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

Candidate Management:

  • Build and maintain a pool of highly qualified interim candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the placement process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Ensure Zanders contractors stay aligned with Zanders through organizing events and educational sessions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish strong internal relationships to be informed on opportunities with clients and where future business could develop
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and talent requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational culture, values, and specific talent needs.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and potential clients.
  • Collaborating with and working alongside internal sales teams and department to create proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

Placement Facilitation:

  • Work closely with clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements, ensuring a smooth transition for both parties.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of placements, including rates, contracts, and other relevant details.
  • Monitor the performance and satisfaction of placed candidates and address any issues proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor- or Masters- level education or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 8 years proven experience in account management, community management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Experienced in a sales or business development area.
  • Strong understanding of the interim talent market (preferably in Treasury or Risk).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Currently residing in The Netherlands.
