Zanders is growing and we are looking for a professional to join our Marketing & Communications team, with a specific focus on supporting our Solutions department.  You will be supporting our Product Managers and Sales Representatives in the optimization of our product offering.

Your role

You will be part of our Marketing & Communications team, with a specific focus on supporting our Solutions department. The Marketing & Communication department consists of a team of 5 colleagues with different roles and focus areas. The team supports Zanders’ consultants in developing, designing and implementing various (digital) marketing campaigns and is also responsible for using the data/insights from the campaigns for lead generation and qualification. Your specific focus will be on supporting our Solutions business line to further improve our sales and marketing efforts.

As a marketing and sales analyst, you will be a valuable asset in:

  • Performing analysis on our online data, both on our paid channels (Google, LinkedIn) and owned channels (website, app, email).
  • Coordinate and manage external communication of the Solutions team
  • Providing support for our sales representatives, to ensure that they have the information they need to approach our clients and prospects
  • Draft, manage and coordinate the marketing calendar for our different software solutions, and aligning delivery with our product owners
  • Integrating data between the various marketing systems (Microsoft Dynamics Sales and ClickDimensions) and external sources.
  • Collaborate with the entire Marketing & Communications team e.g. to set up good marketing campaigns.

Skills to be successful

  • Bachelor / Master degree work and thinking level with at least 3 years relevant work experience in the field of digital data analysis and/or sales support.
  • You are no-nonsense and hands-on. You get things done.
  • You are analytical, curious, proactive, communicatively strong and find it interesting to work with colleagues from different disciplines.
  • You have extensive experience with online marketing and data tools such as Google Suite (Analytics, Ads) and LinkedIn.
  • You have an excellent command of the English language, Dutch is a nice to have.
