Impact

As a Key Account Manager, you will join our ‘Financial Institutions’ (FI) team and support it on key account management and sales. The FI team is an international group of 65 highly qualified financial risk management consultants with a quantitative background (95%). Your focus will be to further expand our network and brand awareness within our target markets; the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany and the Nordics.

To grow our business, we require a professional to work alongside our consultants, further professionalize and structure our Key Account Management approach, and take up the challenge, responsibility and freedom to add value with your vision on Key Account management.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • You will facilitate the Leadership Team in extending our network and brand awareness, which ultimately leads to new customers and projects.
  • You will target accounts in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany and the Nordic area, in close collaboration with the department’s Management Team.
  • Organize key account management meetings for Tier 1 accounts, i.e. large financial institutions, record actions and chase action holders.
  • Link market trends and activities towards accounts and exchange information internally between the different accounts.
  • Improve and professionalize our key account management structure and approach.

 

Skills to be successful

  • You have a higher professional education level (may also have been further developed through sales training).
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and key account management.
  • You are available for at least 16 - 24 hours a week, fulltime work can be discussed.
  • A strong interest in financial markets and affinity with consultancy services.
  • Sales driven networker with CRM knowledge.
  • Strong interest in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Good communication skills, preferably fluent in both English and Dutch.
