The position

The HR department consists of a team of 4 colleagues with different roles and focus areas. The department is essential for attracting and retaining talent and professionals, to realize Zanders’ ambitious objectives to further grow the company. It is also responsible for guarding the organisational culture, in order to keep current employees happy and attract the interest of new candidates.

 

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a valuable asset:

 

  • You are the face of Zanders towards students and graduates. You undertake all kinds of activities to be visible to this target group and to draw attention to the benefits of an internship or junior associate position at Zanders.
  • You are responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z. You answer questions of interested candidates, you select candidates based on CV, you will have selection interviews and you advise your colleagues why these candidates are so valuable for Zanders.
  • After recruiting the candidates, you are responsible for the job offer and you make sure that the onboarding of the candidates is organised in a smooth and professional way.
  • You have close contact with student associations and ensure that we participate in company events, lunch lectures or guest lectures at universities. You know exactly which of our colleagues you can best engage in these events.
  • You will organise various events (and host these events) in collaboration with the consultants, design content for social media and be closely involved in our talent pool.
  • If you have creative ideas to optimise our working method, then there is every freedom to suggest them and further improve Zanders’ recruitment process.

This function requires from you

  • Bachelor / Master degree work and thinking level.
  • You have relevant work experience in the field of Campus Recruitment, for example through an internship and/or side job.
  • You like to work in a structured way and keep a good overview.
  • You have affinity with the student market group.
  • An excellent control of the Dutch and English language, in word and in writing.
