We are seeking an experienced Global Field Marketing Manager to oversee and manage all field marketing efforts for our organization. Are you ready for the next step in your career? Your role

The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing, the rest of the marketing team, and commercial teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and programs that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales revenue. This position will also be responsible for managing events, training the sales team on CRM usage, and work closely with the business to develop and execute marketing programs that support their initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and executing successful field marketing programs and is passionate about driving business results through creative marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and programs to support the company's sales and revenue goals through sales plans that generate high quality leads.
  • Work closely with the business to understand their needs and develop marketing programs that support their efforts.
  • Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and other field marketing activities to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of all field marketing programs, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and with measurable results.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, and the rest of the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the company's overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop and manage a network of vendors and partners to support field marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of all field marketing programs, providing regular updates and recommendations to improve results.
  • Potential to grow a team of field marketing specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their goals.

 

Skills to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equally relevant work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in B2B technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful field marketing programs.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
  • CRM knowledge, preferably Hubspot.
